This is an 8 week (16 classes) session
Bootcamp classes offer a variety of exercises focusing on core, cardio, functional fitness, stabillty, agility,and strength. Results are achieved through different exercises using a wide range of equiptmet. All KIDS welcome
Tuesday and Thursday 9:15-10:15 AM
